Hi everyone!

This month the TWIS Bookclub is reading Michio Kaku's Parallel Worlds: A Journey Through Creation, Higher Dimensions, and the Future of the Cosmos.

Let's all learn about the interesting metaverse that exists just beyond our 4-dimensional world. Pure theoretical physics at its sci-fi best, Dr. Kaku makes the extraordinary understandable.

Announcing the TWIS Book Club!

This is the inauguration of the TWIS Book Club. We will read one science-based book per month, and discuss the book together.

I'm still working out the details of our discussions, but there will be one official discussion a month (probably using TalkShoe). I'm hoping to be able to get the authors involved in some of the discussions as we progress.

This month, October 2008, we are reading The Political Mind by George Lakoff.
