I like what Publishers Weekly had to say about "Your Inner Fish"
"Fish paleontologist Shubin illuminates the subject of evolution with humor and clarity in this compelling look at how the human body evolved into its present state."
"Shubin excels at explaining the science, making each discovery an adventure, whether it's a Pennsylvania roadcut or a stony outcrop beset by polar bears and howling Arctic winds."
On Amazon Online 88 reviews gave an average of 4.5/5 stars.
Since the book does deal with evolution it fits in with this month being Darwin's birthday.
Inner fish has my vote, but, since I used to be a marine biologist, I might have a tad bit of bias towards the topic.
I see that "Alex & Me:" was mentioned, not a bad read, and I suddenly felt that my African Grey Parrot probably rode the short bus, or is it the short nest?
I just finished Your Inner Fish a few weeks ago, great book.
