So necessary for breathing and movement, etc, yet so damaging as well. Interesting to think that the free radicals in one year of breathing is equivalent to a huge number of chest x-rays.

Is is interesting, but are free radicals what makes a huge number of chest x-rays dangerous? Or is it the radiation? In other words, does radiation bring on free radicals or are the two separate dangers? (I don't know).
